SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At Do Din, our customers are our key stakeholders and a priority to serve. We have developed the Shipping, Exchange and Refund Policy, the details of which are listed below.  Alternatively, our customer care team can help you with each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).

SHIPPING
Do Din offers shipping through courier services in Pakistan.  We have negotiated competitive rates and ensure there is a wider coverage of delivery within Pakistan (key cities and rural areas).  DHL and PostEx have been selected as courier partners and the same will manage the delivery process.

Typical delivery timeline for delivery within is 5 working days after placing an order.  This may vary depending on holidays and festive seasons.

For International Courier, DHL has been selected and will quote a figure based on location and the timeline of the delivery.  For international courier, we require full payment (of the selected items and courier charges) to be made through bank transfer to Do Din Account in Pakistan prior to the shipment to be made.

EXCHANGE
Any article purchased can be exchanged within 14 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase with order number.

Please note that articles purchased at a discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase
This includes online order confirmation email with an issued order/invoice number.

Conditions for Exchange
Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present.

You will be required to share proof if you have received a defective article, in the wrong size, or the order is incorrect.

Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service department by emailing us at dodinofficial@gmail.com or send us a dm on Instagram @dodinofficial. You may provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will advise you to send through courier service at your own expense.  

It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the exchange process after the above has been verified.

REFUND
Do Din does not offer refund to the customers. In the event of the above, exchanges and/or online store credit are possible if the conditions are met.

Do Din can offer online store credit and allow customer to select another item that may be available in the catalogue.

Articles are eligible for online store credit only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present.

Refund/Online Store Credit Process
