Do all clothes have traditional textile techniques and design?
Do Din is founded to offer core collection on the guidelines and preservation of historical techniques and motifs. In addition to our collection pieces, we continue to produce one-of-a-kind pieces made entirely from carefully selected fabrics to create luxury. 

Do you have a store location?
Do Din has an online presence and does not offer products on a store/retail basis.  Also, the brand is not offered with any independent retailer or merchandiser as the products are sold solely though our own online platforms.

What method of payment is accepted?
Cash on Delivery and bank transfers are accepted.

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments? 
For orders shipping to a location in Pakistan, taxes and duties are already included in the product price, which is shown on the product page and at checkout.

For international orders shipping, orders may be subject to the receiving country taxes, customs and duties which are responsibility of the customer.

Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable through Do Din. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

How long does it take to process online orders?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Orders with expedited shipping, when placed before 12pm EST, are fulfilled the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following day.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details. 

What is your exchange/return policy for domestic shipments?
All items are exchangeable provided they meet the standard and the policy. We accommodate returns within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. You may refer to our Shipping, Exchange and Refund policy.

What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers?
We cannot accommodate return or exchanges for Do Din items purchased from other retailers. 

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at dodinofficial@gmail.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
